Buffy's parents are control freaks. They invite Riley and his parents over to match them up. Riley is actually dating Faith but his parents don't like her. Buffy meets Spike and sneaks around with him. She sleeps with him on her 18th birthday and her parents find out. Her Dad threatens to ship her off to school in Switzerland. Instead she and Spike run off to England to stam with his mum. They come back when Hank has a heart attack.
