I know you are looking for all human but I wanted to start out by rec'g to you my favorite 'Dad' fic of all where Spike is a dad (and human now, after his fiery exit in 'Chosen') and Buffy is a mom. Spike as a dad in this (and Buffy's watching him be a dad to a child that is not hers) is something that captured my heart forever. Oh, and it says it's unfinished but we looked into it and it is actually a complete story.

Wow, this is kinda hard. Most of the ones I've read, it's Buffy who has a kid. This first one fits your requirements. You can find it on Sinister Attraction.

On that note, I will say that, although it is not the focus of the story by any means, there is a story where Spike has a child and Buffy interacts with him. The description I have is very vague though so it didn't jump out at me except I knew Illyria was in it and haven't been in an Illyria mood lately....But now? there's a story at sinnister-attraction I think its called This Sweet Child, I don't remember who wrote it.

Its post season 6, Spike got turned human after the trials and goes back to Buffy but she's angry he left and won't listen to him so he leaves and winds up in I think Boston. There he meets a woman, they fall in love, get married, and have a daughter. The when she's five the initiative finds out that Spike is alive and goes after him, they kill his wife and he takes his daughter and goes to Sunnydale, to Buffy for help.
