Ack! so many misunderstandings...seems like she's determined to believe that he could only want her for sex...so what might have happened in her past to make her think that no one coud want more from her? or is it just her phone sex job that makes her think that?

Spike is clever *gg* I'm not getting up, Buffy. If I let you up now, you're going to run into your room and lock the door on me and I'll never find out why. He is really getting to know her well :) That description was right: whatever Spike said, Buffy was twisting and turning things until they fit what she expected. *sigh* She loves misunderstandings. Spike just have to keep trying to get through to her.

If he knows Buffy- does he see her POV on them? I'm a little confused, sorry.

I like how your style goes from light and airy to deep. It's nice to see both of these styles, and cool to see it in the same chapter.

I'm a bit confused. I haven't figured out if Buffy is a whore or just a phone sex gal. Spike obviously knows that she does the phone sex bit, but does he think she is a whore too? I'm looking forward to reading more about why Buffy feels that she isn't worthy of a traditional relationship that doesn't simply revolve around carnal pleasures. What happened to her?
