Evil cliffhanger! Of course, we'll just go with the story. Horrendous hospital red-tape isn't much fun. I like how Joyce has finally taken up for her daughter, and even though he's being unreasonable, Rupert is actually very caring and protective of her, too. I can't wait until the next chapter, where he actually gets to see his girl.

It is such a sad story, but it looks like things may finally be turning around for Buffy and may be able to have more faith in herself. The conversation between Buffy and Joyce was well done, and as difficult as it was, it was necessary for the beginnngs of the healing process for Buffy. I am also glad that Joyce was able to put Buffy's needs ahead of her own and not passing judgement of Buffy's past behavior. I am anxious to see the next interaction between Buffy and Spike. Great chapter and thanks

things have been so crazy that i don't think i posted a review for the last chapter. maybe i did but i don't really remember. lol. great job. please post soon. i really liked the way joyce stood up to giles. he always thinks he knows everything. i mean, he means well but sometimes he can be kind of a know it all. lol. can't wait for the next update. please continue.

this is goin to sound like a bash, when it really isn't a bash on your writing, (which is wonderful) or the story as a whole, (also wonderful), but I am gettin so sick of poor wittle buffy being uber protected by everyone, and everyone warning the big bad spike not to hurt her...she pushed him away, she did everything she possibly could do to make him hate her and in the process, made him feel like dirt. If the show were on the other foot, it would never go like this.

Sorry, I see this in so many stories and it just grates on me. Although I know the circumstances with Buffy are different, and I sympathize, but her problems run so much deeper then low self esteem...to let one man's stupid comment shape the rest of your life...I guess I can't relate.

despite this, I am interested to see how everything plays out now. As always.

NOOOO!!!! I WANT TO READ WAT HAPPENS NEXT!!! i love this story so much and am so happy u updated. i cant believe that giles said all that about spike and im so glad that joyce stuck up for him and wants him and buffy to work things out. i really hope that buffys glad to see him and that they talk and work their problems between them out. also i hope that spike doesnt let buffy push him away and that buffy sees that theyre meant to be together. please update as soon as u can, i CANT wait to read the next chapter and see wat happens between buffy and spike. thanx

Giles was very protective.. of Buffy or of William? He is trying to protect Buffy though. ~ Good that Joyce didn't tell Giles everything Buffy told her. Buffy has to tell Giles herself or tell Joyce she can tell Giles (me thinks). And William is there now. I wonder what Buffy will say now. ~ Till next chapter!
