Well maybe you'll know that I don't like where this story is heading at the moment. So Buffy is taking her comfort with Owen now, sleeps with him. She better should have fought for what she wants.
And Spike isn't fighting either.
Still sad.

Kinda sad update, well, except for the Harmony locker incident, which was great and of course any mention of Spike's ass is always of the good. But too bad he got kicked out of the diner. So I guess now we have to struggle through the angst to get back to the yummy spuffy stuff, eh? Ok, bring it on. wonderful tale, thanks for sharing.

Okay, this chapter makes a little more sense than the last. Buffy is acting like a typical sixteen-year-old who's broken up with her boayfriend. Spike is being the fool for love we all know & love. Although in character, I think the diner thing was a little harsh. Understand that the wounds are still fresh, and all...but geez, it's not like she didn't yank his heart out too, ya know? But, then again, love is deaf, dumb, blind & stupid. Just wish it'd find a hearing aid, learn sign language, find a cane and a brain where these two are concerned. (Get it? That was a joke. LOL!) Great writing as always. Looking forward to the next chapter.

as bad as i feel for spike, he brought this on himself. i mean, if he had had more faith in buffy then that whole kiss thing wouldn't have been such a big deal. how are they gonna work throught this one??? post soon.

Hank's going a little overboard with the protectiveness, isn't he? After all, it was Buffy who committed the crime, even if it wasn't her fault. Spike just reacted to what he saw. And Buffy's just showing her immaturity here, too.

No, I can't see that the chapter clears anything.
Such a sad chapter. Buffy waited for Spike to call her again, coming back to her. And Spike only lay on his bed feeling miserable because he lost Buffy. *sigh*
And now, after some days, he comes and wants to buy diner. He didn't even ask Buffy how she felt. Yeah, would be awkward if he still would come there to eat. Very good of Hank, for Buffy, that he told him to go.
Yet.. that doesn't make it better. He didn't even try to talk to Buffy when Hank told him to go or spare her a backward glance. I thought he was the adult and try to work things out. I was wrong (regarding what I read till this moment).
I hope this isn't the end.. (I know, story isn't finished; I'm looking forward to read on. Hopefully they'll get together again soon.. and not after ten years.

oh come on, you're killing me here. they're both being so stupid and no, things are still not cleared up for me. i thought they would at least talk and apologize. breaking up because of that is ridiculous. i need my spuffy.
