So Buffy is back after all the long time. I wonder a) where she was (heaven? And why she is all of a sudden there) & b) what about the others (Dawn? Willow?)

Nice start. I don't think I've read something this far in the future that wasn't a one-shot, so I'm very intrigued by this story. I liked how Spike got what Buffy was saying; I can definitely see a connection there.
