“I have a soul.” “I don’t.” Everything going on in this story kind of comes down to that simple little exchange... and though I want to see Buffy saved, the resolve of this empty hollow girl, I must say, I find it intriguing. Great chapter.

Just started reading this, sounds awesome so far!! Poor Buffy! Her comment about not having a soul.... very sad! And she killed a vamp with her shoe??? LOL! Spiffy!

I can't believe Spike isn't gutted that Buffy let Angel bite her and drank his blood in return. After everything with Drew I thought it was pretty treacherous. He obliterated Spikes mark. It's practically adultery. I really thought it would have been more of an issue. Bufy said he could tust her in LA. What's the point to a claim if you let your mates biggest rival bite you. Bad Buffy.

I see your point now and I understand Buffy's fear too but I'm afraid of Spike's reaction at Buffy's "weakness".
