Beautiful... and ended, perfectly. Not overdone, not too fluffy, just right.

This is one of the best fic you've done, pet - IMHO anyway. It kept to the plot and didn't try to lead the reader off into sub-plots. It retained pace and tension, even during the sex scenes. And, it was a very balanced story between the two lead characters, with enough narrative to provide insight into the emotions and aspirations of them.

I liked the Giles/Ethan characters and I could see potential for further stories with them in those sort of opposing, but paralell roles. A great, fun and entertaining fic. Well done and thank you. *smiles and hugs Ashlee*

I loved everything about this ~except~ the "sure about this" part. Sorry. I want them to be sure. You're just too good at being true to their characters. I want these morons FOR ONCE to be absolutely sure and unwavering.. but I guess that would be asking too much of them. You know... this has definite sequel potential. Any possibility of that?

Ok Buffy needs to stop playing her game of roll around in the yoyo angst, but it did make for an interesting twist. And I think I love this line: “Rupert, old man, you’re gonna be Best Man at my wedding.”

The story has been excellent so far, and I can definitely say it deserved everything it won, as well as the new best AU of yours. Congrats, Ash! No wonder you didn't want to stop writing it!
