Ah, the evil cliffhanger is resolved *gg*
Spike cried out for the slayer and she came, not Buffy. And she healed him again.
Xander can be lucky the Spike stopped the Slayer hurting him or worst.
So the book Joyce brought with her was unknown to Giles. Interesting read for him. Interesting too that Buffy's demon makes a difference between 'bad' and 'good' (harmless) demons.
Hehe :) Joyce tries to teach Xander some respect :)
Ah and Spike it the master of Sunnydale now, Angelus noticed it.

Well, that's not good. sure hope xander doesn't come up with something pointy (other than his head) until Giles or Buffy arrives to keep Spike safe! More please.

Yep, even doing good won't take all out of Spike; he'll still be the same, only a bit different.
Good that Buffy and her mom did talk know. And I'm looking forward what the others will say to the books Joyce got :))
Xander? Too early this time. Bad that Xander is looking for a stake now! .... Definitely a cliffhanger here! Hopefully till soon :)) Who knows if Buffy and Joyce will be there in time... I just hope they will.

At last Jenny could give Giles a last warning.. even if nobody noticed yet.
And the council doesn't have a new slayer? Maybe the power has gone back to Buffy even if it doesn't sound likely.. it should have gone back to her after Kendra died. On the other hand the slayer is now in full force.
~ Spike got it right, his guess, to think that Jenny is connected with the gypsy.
Mmm love this protective Spike, looking out for Joyce because Buffy cares for her. LOL and Giles couldn'T stand not to write the facts down.
Oh I'm so looking forward to see what Joyce will have to say to all. ~ Loved the new chapter :)

Duh.. Giles had to assume Buffy would bring people in to feed Spike? What about blood bags? Way easier.
Oh and Spike being noble (not wanting to take Buffy's blood) pissed Buffy's demon off and hurt the girl... I tend to forget that indeed Buffy's demon is older than Spike's even when Spike is older. I loved bossy Buffy go commando, making the connection stronger again.
And Giles witnessed it. if he didn't know it before she should know now that they are special. And there's no reason to keep them apart, because Buffy('s demon) wants Spike.
Loved the update!

Oh good, Spike is awake now. And teasing Giles *gg* but he had the answer to the problem to (the spell).
Oh oh oh.. so indeed Spike can't move. Hopefully he'll get better soon (with the help of some slayer's blood). Because Angelus will strike again soon. ~ Loved the update!

Well thank goddess that at least Angelus was too busy boffing Dru to go pay a housecall on Joyce. So now they have a bit of time to do the disinvite spells and hopefully see how broken Spike really is (a bit of slayer blood might fix him up good and proper!). More please.

I didn't tell you but when I read that you had another one shot ready I was happy. But seeing this update? This was even better :) I've seem some pictures people took and read some LJ so I think you too had fun :)
I'm glad that the firefighter were able to get Buffy and Spike out :) Awe, and hurt Spike got clingy. Levinson is a clever one; he noticed what Spike is and that Giles uses an excuse for Buffy. And some of the minions keeps an eye out for Drusilla and the not so soulful one. ~ Looking forward to the next part :)

First off -- I'm so jealous! You were at the JM & F party! But I'm thankful that it inspired you to work on this tale again casuse I really love it and was sad that it hadn't been updated in a while. Great chap. Spike being all protective of Buffy last time and now Buffy taking care of Spike to get him out of there. And the minions litte chat was entertaining too. AT least one of the them has more than half a brain. I'd keep my eye on Dru too and I hope they report back to Spike what they find and don't "go over to the insance side" with Dru. More please.... well, since you're inspired and all.
