Arrrrgggghhhhh...I'm going into a Spuffy lovin induced coma! 50 milligrams of 'slap-her-about-the -head-till-she-remembers-it's-FICTION' stat please nurse! LOL Okay. Firstly, soooo very grateful for the spuffy here, you've certainly made us hang for it (I'm like Pavlov's dog salivating on command now...oh well). Secondly, kudos for making these characters comfortable enough with both themselves AND each other to admit their feelings and try to discuss them openly - a refreshing change in the world of Spike and Buffy fiction where miscommunication, erroneous assumptions and flat out lying (if only to protect their sensitive hearts admittedly) is far more common. Thirdly, let me draw your attention to something seeing as how Buffy & Spike talked about what they anticipate her parents' reaction would be to discovering their feelings for one another (this is from chapter 8)-
“Hank,” Joyce said reprovingly. “You’re the one who first decided to allow their relationship.”
“But how long, Joyce?” Hank asked. “How many more times are they going to hurt each other before they finally figure out what’s going on?”
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell me we're going to learn more about what Hank and Joyce know soon. I've been trying to buy a clue since chapter 8 (alas to no avail) and will shortly have no hair left to pull out!!! LOL, loving the story and more soon please.

That was by far the BEST chapter so far. I can't believe how well they are handling their new situation. And I'm really glad Buffy was the one to say enough was enough they had to decide what to do for real. It makes us appreciate that she is emotionally mature enough to hold her own in this relationship.

I'm so glad Spike and Buffy talked things out. I just loved the dialog between the two. I like how perceptive Buffy is about the fact that her parents might already know about her and Spike and be cool with the situation. Can't wait till the next update! Wonderful chapter!

I'm glad that they are mature enough to admit their feelings for each other. And, it seems natural that they'd question what others thought, and feel like they should wait to have sex, because if they date, and then Buffy's parents get pissed, Spike could be charged with statutory rape since the age of consent in California is 18.

I will just say that it's about damn time...lol! The Spuffy lovin' really paid off. And I have a feeling that her parents won't be too upset about the change in their relationship. I just don't know if they would be able to hide it until she's legal. Things have a way of getting out. Ah, this story brings me back to the time I was 17 and seeing a 32-year-old. Okay, maybe that was a little different...lol! And it's not really a memory I want to relive, so moving on. I still love this and I can't wait for more=)

I'm totally loving this story.
I thought it was a really sweet chapter and I liked how they tossed the differences and the obstacles aside to be together again.
“Baby, anything you can dish out, I can take.” I thought that was a hilarious.
I can't wait for more updates and see where the story takes place and how their relationship develops more!

I liked this sentimental chapter! (forgive me, a little wine, it's Sunday and I get religious on Sunday and drink wine and ramble!)
Anyway, oh fu** everybody else! Let these two get together, now!
I'm so sick and tired of rules that don't apply to a Slayer and Vampire and.....oh, wait a minute, that's another story.
Okay, i'm just sick and tired. Sigh, I have so much sh** stored up inside of me and I wish I could write the way you do and express myself better.
This chapter was wonderful and I hope that Spike and Buffy can really come through this intact.

Great chapter. Loved the oh so sexy angst. I really liked that they didn't beat around the bush about the fact that they both want each other. They know it, they admitted it, and that just makes it all the harder to stay apart. Will really be looking forward to the next chapter. Moonlit walks are just downright dangerous sometimes. : )
