Wow! Interesting plot twist at the end of the chapter. I completely agree with you if this wasn't fanfic the situation would definitely be disturbing. But since this is fanfic i'm just gonna enjoy the story you're telling. You're doing an excellent job by the way! Can't wait to find out how this latest developement pans out.

Okay, I'm ignoring the age thing a little cause, well, any 26yo that has a 16yo as a best friend has...issues. But past that, I'm really enjoying this story. Love the easy relationship they enjoy. Definitely wondering how you'll shake things up.
Author's Response: I'm not entirely sure they do...I've met 16-year-olds who could pass for 30-year-olds in terms of maturity, and I've also met incredibly immature 16-year-olds. I think it depends on the maturity of both the people involved...think of the relationship between Buffy and Spike in the series. He was a good hundred and fifty years older than she was...anyway, thanks for reviewing =D It's great that you're enjoying it despite the age difference--which will be addressed, promise!

That's not cool of Spike to hit a kid, even if he was a dumbass...lol! I really do like their relationship in this. It sometimes doesn't feel like Buffy is so young. Well, keep em coming=)
