I really love the story so far... it's such an interesting AU! Anywho... the only problem I'm having (and this is in no way your fault) is that every time I imagine Nancy, I can't situate a face and so I immediatly imagine her as a Buffy look-a-like, which I hate because Nancy and biatch! What do you imagine Nancy looked like... any look-a-likes you can help me out with??

There was such a change in Spike over the course of this story. It is interesting to think back to how far they have both come in this story. Strange to read this tale and have Buffy never be the Slayer. I had to keep reminding myself when Nancy was just referred to as " the slayer" that it wasn't Buffy. Unique twist on thing. Thanks.

One of the best fanfics I've ever read, across any fandom. The emotional turmoil, the flirtatious banter, the plot.. You've got a way in wringing your readers' emotion and feelings. This was a great story. I have enjoyed all your stories, really, but I'm not sure that I have said anything about it before, being that it has been awhile since they were actually written. However, most writers really don't care if they wrote something years ago as long as a person likes it and I really, really did. I thought that Buffy's inner conflict was great and I thought that balancing that with Nancy, who never truly accepted the truth was fantastic.

I also thought that it was such a great coming of age tale, just in that getting past the ideas you believed as a child and experiencing the truth for oneself.

Plus, it was super entertaining, hot and all that.

I simply adored this story! I love all your fics, but especially your claiming ones, and this was such a unique idea. It was beautiful from start to finish. From their first violent and intense meeting, to the unexpected (on both sides) claiming, to them both learning to accept their news lives together; it was all amazing. Perfect blend of darkness and light, angst and smut, and, of course, the nice fluffy ending. Wonderful! I'm actually pretty tempted to go and read the whole thing all over again! Thanks again Addie!
