I know that Buffy has been through hell..I know that Spike has been quite the monster to her at times...and I even understand some of her thinking. Buf.........I wish she would remove her head from her ass, and realize that she wants, and that Spike and that he is changing ...FOR HER..

The antagonism and lack of communication between these two is well written but hard to read. It's entertaining, though, and I love that Buffy's not falling into Spike's arms even though the sex is phenomenal.

That was so heartbreaking! I just want to give him a big ol' hug. I could understand Buffy's viewpoint considering she was basically kidnapped but she should be better than him not worse, at least he's trying. I guess it will just take some time. But poor guy! I guess she just doesn't know her own mind yet. Great great chapter

Awww... that's so SAD. I wonder when Buffy will get over herself. oh, but I want to make sure I say this: I really liked what you wrote about Spike- "always the lover, never the beloved." I think that's true in the series and in this fic, but I also think that is why most of the women I know really like Spike. He is a lover, and it's never quite returned the way he needs it to be. That was very poignant (spelling?). Great writing, and another great chapter.

WTF !!!!!!1 omg i cant believe buffy cant just accept her feelings toward him and get with him and be happy.. also i cant believe that spikes just going to give up and not try to make her love him, if he really loved her he would try to atleast prove his love for her. i love ths story so much and am so happy u updated. i really hope that spike and buffy work things out and that buffy starts to realize her feelings for spike and they become happy together. please update as soon as u can, i cant wait to read wat happens next. thanx

At first I was not liking Spike; now that I know how much he wants to be loved I am totally in his corner. I am not a fan of NC17 stuff but this is a good story so keep it up.

Awe, it's very hard for Spik to keep is word :) Hehe.. so Buffy don't want him (she thinks) but she wants him to want her :) Poor one... she makes it even more complicated. Spike has difficulties to read her signs. Spike can sooo read her signs (I read on). Not only Buffy is stubborn... Looking forward to the next part! It was fun to read, even if it was frustrating for Buffy ;-)
