Hi Jennybean! I'm still here and still waiting patiently for every chapter of The Attic. It's always such a pleasure to read, though I wonder how the escape will go. I think their will be rough times ahead for our couple.

Hi, this is my first time commenting. I found this fic not long ago and I'm completely and utterly in love with it.

It's sweet, and sad, and funny and just everything a fiction should be. I don't think I have enough words to express my admiration of your writing and the world you've created.

I was a bit apprehencive (sp?) about reading this, mainly because I read the book and I loved it, and I didn't want to read anything that would just ruin it. But boy, am I glad I took a chance. You took the story and just ran with it, you completely made me forget about the similarities with the book.

This last chapter was so heartbreakinly moving. That last sentence just about killed me. It all seems so hopeless for them, and yet it's so right. You can't help but feel that it'll work, that somehow these two will find a way to be together because they're it for each other. No one would ever compare or even understand what the other needs.

And that's one of the reasons this fic is so wonderful. You've done what very few people can accomplish when deciding to deal with taboo subjects, which is to make the reader see beyond the boundaries and get to the heart of it all, to forget about everything and just see that these are two people who are in love with each other, who belong together and who deserve happiness. They're two souls who have found each other, and nothing else matters. At least (at this point)to reader it doesn't.

Please, please continue with your great work. I don't always comment, but know that I'm reading, and I'm enjoying, and I'm glad that I found this gem in a world plagued with bad to so-so fics.

I'm very much still with you. The way you write is wonderful; whether it be tragedy, suspense or eroticism, all these aspects are beautifully captured in this story.
