Wow, she told him the truth. He can finally see her as he never had. I hope they can work this out soon. I don't want for Lily to mess things up for them anymore then it needs to be. Won't she be shocked when she finds out that Buffy had feelings for him, not until the divorce is final, of course. Really enjoying this, thought the angst is right up there. Wonderful work.

Poor Buffy! I was afraid that might be the case with her. How could anyone not be attracted to him! He's the whole package. Good for him, telling off Harmony but Buffy's just suffering and I hate it. Excellent chapter, thanks.

Good thing I watch a lot of BBC America, or I wouldn't have known most of those baby items. So thankful that Buffy's backing him and not allowing her sister to manipulate her. What did she just think? Did she have a thing for Spike at some point while dating her sister? Won't that be an interesting development and did her sister know about it? Very exciting. Can't wait to read more.

Glad you kept Xander just the way he always was with her. I love that Willow and Tara are together and she's going to help Spike. Her sister just might try for custody, she seems like the vindictive type. Great chapter.

Awww, you made me cry, you evil woman! I loved the last chapters, they were wonderful. Especially this last one, the conversation between Evelyn and Buffy was awesome and the last part with Spike and Buffy, how you twisted the words we listened to on the show, divine. I'm looking forward to more!

I LOVE IT!!! I love the chapter title, I love the bonding, I love the weepies I got at the end. Gorgeoustuan?!?!.. haha. I'm so happy that Spike's mom is really warming up to Buffy.

Hold on - I have to be sad now too because I've hit the end of the line. Chapter 21 was posted over a year ago... a whole year!!! And I just read everything in 2 days... puuuuuh-lease don't make all your adoring fans wait a whole year for the next update. Work those little inspiration bunnies to spit out another chapter soon, pretty pretty please?!?! And the amazing thing is that it still flows together so well even after the gap in posts -- I think you did a great job.

I love this chapter... even though it was not so happy with all the fighting going on between friends, but I really missed Willow being around, too!

Poor Xander, he just can't win. Unrequited love is so ... heartbreaking.
