What a perfect way for Buffy and Spike to meet! It reflected the characters very well I felt. I'm really looking forward to the rest of the story, although I am not familiar with the song? well, what can i say... that was a great first meeting! just the right amount of prejudices, a bit of awkwardness, and sparks everywhere!! now i can't wait for the others... but if the standard will be so high, i can grant you a little time! lol... And btw... do we get some background on buffy's marriage? i don't like biley so much, but a little insight can be useful... just to know if she was unconscious or drunken! i just can't think of that marriage as completely angst-free...

First off, 'That Summer' is one of my all time favorite songs and I've always wanted to write a Spuffy storyabout it but didn't know how, so I was really excited to see this one. The first chapter was really good and you write the characters so well. Can't wait to see whats in store!
