I do like this chapter. Hairstylist Lorne is always good and Buffy is so cute in this one. You write Buffy really well, but she's a little irritating when it comes to her emotional shut downs... with William and Willow. Hope she becomes happier soon.

Lorne's "horrors of brassiness" line made me laugh. William's insecurity about his looks is charming. I loved Cecily's reaction to his makeover. This chapter showed that Buffy and William click in and out of bed. Nice job moving their relationship forward and Buffy's sidestep about William cheating was another clue to her past relationship insecurity.

Very Spuffy and very nice.
I loved the whole way to brought out the make over of William.

I hope Cecily implodes (and not in a good way).

Ha ha ha. I always wanted to see Spike get back at Cecily.

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! You're a tricky one too aren't you? Sneaking that quite compelling plot in there when we weren't looking - I mean hey, everyone needs a little mindless smut every now and then just to take the edge of don't they? Still, while I may have come for the hotness that is Buffy and Spike I find myself sticking around to discover whether William can discover his 'inner Spike' and whether Buffy can lose her 'inner Faith' while actually learning to have some faith in her own inherent value despite whatever painful experiences she endured back in California (no doubt at the hands of Angel...can't wait for that plot line to be revealed either). Go you good thing!
