Buffys conversation with Giles had me giggling - yes, "lumpy" is not an adjective any high school student would like attached to themselves for the duration...Her exasperation with Giles was hilarions, and your Buffy dialogue is excellent. I'm looking forward to Spike's reaction to Buffy's date with Owen.

Just found this story from its nomination at The Spuffy Awards. Spike as the Master is a great plot device, and I love your sinister, seductive Spike. Their attraction is well realized, and I especially like Buffy trying to keep him at arm's length. That line about having a master vampire on his knees was pure Buffy, nicely done.

Congrats Ashlee! ; ) Great update. Both of their reactions to each other were excellent. Especially Spike's, with how he kept going back and forth between wanting to kill her and thinking she was cute. My favorite would have to be her comment about Spike being on his knees though. Loved it. Looking forward to more.
