yes!! an update. i'm glad to see you either got your computer fixed or you snuck some time at work to load this. lol. anyway, however it was done, i'm glad it was done. i've been waiting for a while for this story to be updated. but, i gotta say, i think it was worth it. i don't know how i feel about dru. i mean, you wrote her to be hated, and trust me, she is, but at the same time, you can't help but feel a little bit for her. okay okay, you feel more than just a little bit. it's just, i don't know. it's strange i guess. i don't think joyce will leave hank. it's amazing what a person can forgive their spouse if they love them enough. i just wonder what dru's leaving is going to do to the family as a whole. will they look for her when they realize she's gone? will buffy ever forgive her, especially if she ever learns about her past? will joyce? i wonder all these things as i read your story. i wonder, and i can't even hazard a guess. and i don't think i would want to guess myself. i would rather just wait for you to write it out. and hey, i can always ask you on AIM right?

First of all...Welcome BACK! Really glad to come on to the site and see you with an update. I know how RL can kick your butt sometimes : D

I missed this story! I feel so bad for the Summers FAmily..They have to deal with Buffy's trauma..the way they treated her..Dru's problems, and now Hank and his affair. It would be a miracle to see them work this out.. BTW..The scene where Buffy is having moment with her friends was very touching. Hope now your back you get the chance to update again soon!

I feel bad for Drusilla, somehow. Poor lost girl.
I'm glad that Spike and Buffy are officailly together though.
I think Drusilla needs to be locked up, someplace safe where she cant hurt anyone anymore, especially herself.

Aww! You can't believe how happy I am that you updated. Sorry that RL and modems and computer issues have kept you from internet.
I loved the chapter, it was excellent as always, so full of emotion. I feel so bad for Joyce and Hank and Dru, I hope they catch her because she disappears for good. Buffy and Spike are so sweet, I just love how perfect they are for the other. And of course, I'm extra-glad that Buffy has Faith and her family to be there for her. Can't wait to read more of this fabulous story.

Wow....poor Drusilla. She's so lost and feels unloved! What she did was VERY BAD, but if she's being sincere, she seems to regret it. Oh I'm so glad to see an update to this story. It sure is good. I like the fact that even Dru is written with such depth and that she comes off so human. In the beginning I really didn't like her but now I really feel that she needs protecting and help. Very well written.

Bad time, very bad time for Hank, Joyce and Dru. Am I mean? Can't help myself to feel it's fair that is their turn to know what kind of pain Buffy had to go trough. Especially concerning the parents. Well, even if Dru didn't say the truth, I can understand she was afraid. But Hank and Joyce? They were the parents, both adult and responsible, but made mistake after mistake, and were a failure as parents for Buffy, unable to see her pain, and their own unfair and stupid behavior... Grrrrr... Ethan is right, it will be long, it will be hard for the Summers family, and it's only the beginning... For Buffy, well at last but not least :)! Friendship, love, seems that bad time for our girl is far, far away (I hope!) :)!

That was a very well written chapter. Do you think that they might be falling a bit fast, though? Not that I'm complaining, as I saw the buds there before, but maybe the trauma kicked it into overdrive? that does happen. Please don't think I'm criticizing negatively, just trying to be constructive. I do like that they are in love already, but voicing it is a big step. I know that Ethn the Uncle likes to see them in love, but I wonder what Ethan the psychologist will think. Great chapter- lots of questions to go and I can't wait to see it the answers!
