Well the angst is a given......and do able as long as you don't infect either with HIV, impregnant Spike, have Buffy abducted by aliens, or have them find out they were twins separated at birth....the journey will be well worth it......LOL, and don't have Buffy having dreamt it all and wake up with Xander coming out of the shower........LOL

Fantastic chapter! I'm ready for the Spuffy angst, it'll make the romance so much sweeter when the time is right. I liked Spike's confrontation with Buffy. Spike was very mature and sensible. And Anya really shined in this chapter. Can't wait to read more!

AWWW HOW SAD!!!! i cant believe that she said those things to him, he was so sad and heart broken. i love this story so much and am so happy that u updated. i really hope that she goes after him and that they get back together. i know u said there would be more angst ahead, i hope that it doesnt last long. also im so glad that anya said wat she said, buffy needed to hear that and i hope that she listens to anya. please update as soon as u can cant wait to read more and see wat happens next. thanx

Buffy didn't want him there but every time he tried to leave, she stopped him. She is playing the 'get away, get away... come here, come here' game. In my experience, most guys tire of that quickly. (I think I am seeing my 20 year old self in her and it's freaking me out!!!) Poor Spike - he deserves better than this. She better get her act together before she loses him. It's nice to see Anya as the voice of reason here.

I'll be sticking with this to the end... can't wait for the next chapter!

I know from experience that long distance relationships don't really work out, but if a guy traveled that far to be with me, I'd be all over him...lol! Buffy can be really stupid sometimes. Love the cliffhanger in that frustrating "I want more!" kinda way! I'll admit, when I first read the summary, I didn't think I'd like the story because it's not usually my type. But when I got to reading the actual chapters, my opinion totally changed and I'm actually on the lookout for it! I love what you're doing and hope you keep up the awesome work! Great job!
