I liked April, she's a good character. And the last chapter was so sweet and fluffy; it put a smile to my face. I'm glad you had Giles and Spike finally get along, and that Xander wasn't on the 'I hate Spike and Buffy can't love him' bandwagon.

Author's Response: You're welcome! Yeah, I wanted the characters to show some maturity, and a bit of 'time heals wounds' and such. Buffy and Xander had shared their grief over not having the second chance with their loved ones, so he had a gentler perspective. Giles and Spike won't be buddies, for a while at least, but I did want them to come to an understanding.

What is April up to though?When ever someone tries to help Spike and Buffy there's always an ulterior motive involved.

Author's Response: That's what I was aiming for. I couldn't do the massive angst of Spuffy without killing a certain blonde, so this is what came out instead.

Author's Response: Thanks. Your enthusiasm is very sweet. :) I'll try to update as soon as I can, though I'm working on 2 other stories at the same time. If you don't mind reading Spike with an OC, you can read Into The Night at Beyond Twilight. It's a finished story.
