i loved that she finally confronted riley about his little "nothings" on the side! i am kind of disappointed that he wasn't reminded what a real slayer is. I was really hoping that he would get his ass kicked and handed to him! i am really LOVING your story and can't wait to read more! PLEASE UPDATE SOON!

Author's Response: i never said her powers were lessened because she hasn't used them...that was Buffy's assumption not mine ;) no promises for the next chapter, but i promise Riley suffering very soon :)

Go Willow! Did I mention that I love Willow! Thank goodness... now the seeds have been sown, Buffy just has to have her innocence ripped away, and I think her little visit to the Slave quarters might just do that.

Although, Buffy needs to exercise some caution here because she might do more harm than good. She'll confront her sicko husband, shout off her mouth and maybe slap him, but... he'll act all contrite, beg forgiveness etc. and she'll cave in... she's a mug for a sob story and never sees through these things *screams in frustration*... and Spike will bear the brunt of any repercussion *sighs forlornly*.

Unless... jl's muse is feeling kind.

Looks like Riley's about to smell what the Slayer's been cooking - or at least one would hope so. Oh and sorry for the obvious 'Rock' reference but I've just been forced to watch the Scorpion King again with my nieces and nephews. More soon. Please 8-)

It's taken a little time, but I'm beginning to get into this fic... I was worried about the plot basis, and still am a little. Maybe because the Slayer/Buffy in my minds eye just wouldn't be as pliant and acquiescent and this gal is... but I think I see a madness to your method now, pet.

I really, really, lreally.... really, really hope that Willow lets Buffy know that she abhors the use of vampires and demons as 'slaves'. As a practicing wicca, who cares for all beings, surely this would be beneath contempt? If Willow plants that seed in Buffy's mind, perhapa Buffy will come to once again question her rigid beliefs that all vamps/demons are bad and therefore should be killed/subjugated...

It's getting interesting, pet.
