That was excellent! Especially the part where they used their own names! :-) I've been reading this story over at spuffyonline, and then when I realized you'd updated here, I was thrilled! Can't wait for the next chapter!!!!

Lovely job highlighting the absurdity of their growing attraction in the midst of the pretense of the filmed love scene. I laughed out loud at the "Oh, Spike," "Oh, Buffy," "Oh, shit" exchange.

Ah, Buffy is nervous; Spike is too but he doesn't let it show. But 'got into the play / the mood' really easily.. till they said there real names.
So Spike has build that film star image for him, based on 'lies' so to say? And he wants to change for Buffy to become real. ~ Loved the update.

I loved the "first date" nerves they both were exhibiting. The aside that Spike is quite an exhibitionist made me laugh. I'm looking forward to the filming now that Buffy's centered and Spike is a jumble of nerves!
