awwwwww i love angel in this story

Ya know..I was wondering about Angel and Spike's friendship..They did used to be best friends.
I love how Angel is trying to open the door for William by encouraging him to meet his nephews. Angel is a little devil here..he sure doesn't like Lindsey. lol

THANK GOODNESS Buffy is extracting herself from this relationship with Lindsey. She is still way in denial though. By now..does she really think anyone other than Willam is ever going to make her happy? Don't get me started on Lindsey! He has got to be the biggest wimp ever..I mean DUH Lindsey...she's NEVER gonna love you. You've had 5 years to figure that out!

Man, Buffy is still a selfish twit here.......etiher break it off and let the man go......again stringing the man along to have after things are done after Will. If you don't love him by now, you never will......it's just not there......he was just someone to whiddle the time with until......LOL.....

Angel did a bad thing, LOL.....I think enough people have lied to William, he didn't really need to add to the list......Does Will have anyone that really cares for him?

And do you want to even care about a man that thinks love and ownership goes hand in hand......hell you walked out of a man's life that tried that, Oh wait that was your husband, LOL without giving him a by your leave or goodbye.......seems she's grown up and bit....but then if she's not snuck around on Lindsey he'd not be the overprotective cow........insecure now caveman cow.........he was a touch more likeable as the lovesick moo cow......

it will be interesting how you have these two come together......because how is William going to trust that his Wife won't go on the road be gone for a few months and cheat on him if they have a harsh argument...hmmmmm. Trust on both parts will be hard to reesablish......fidelity the biggest of all. Will he ever come to understand her straying, when he hadn't. Even in his darkest moment he fought the tempation......(and yes there are men, and women out there that have no matter what remained faithful. It took one of my male friends 10 years (with three kids) to even consider sex with another woman again after his wife died. My cousin 6 years after her divorce......cause she thought he'd come back.....it took him remarrying to open her eyes and move on.......William I think troughly believed she was coming back to him once she found her dream or gave up and found she could be a wife.

More please......excellent chapter, I just wished Buffy knowing she can't give her heart after five years is still basically keeping him on the side.....instead of telling him the truth that more then likely she will never love him.....and giving him the choice of as he said, wasting 5 years.......

I wonder, who is it that Spike's calling and is it to get closer to Buffy?

Hilarious seeing Buffy get so upset about Lindsey's possessive attitude.

I'm sorry... I misjudged William. He does have the sort of love I think of as 'True Love' for Buffy. It was all your fault though, you did trick us, didn't you?

Buffy, on the other hand is totally off her rocker. She wants to keep William all tucked on a shelf somewhere for when she's ready... when she decides she's 'found' herself and she's "bored now..." with Lindsay. Sheesh, even her brother Angel doesn't seem to feel there's anything odd about Buffy shacking up with Lindsay while she professes to 'Love' William. She seems to have used sex the way a child uses a comfort blanket. How sad that she holds her body and sexuality in so little esteem that she would give it to someone she purports not to be in love with... William has kept himself, for her.

A sad reflection of today's world actually. Don't know whether you consciously meant to make a social comment, but I read that in your writing here.

I may whine that you write Spike/others and I may don't like it but I'll continue reading... ~ I'm with Angel here: I'm not mad that Buffy may be pissed off because of what Lindsey said ;-) I'm glad Spike made the decision not to sleep with Buffy. (Eh, now he can lay the blame to Buffy that she was the one who broke her vows and that he was faithful.) And it was a real good cliffhanger. So I'm happy you posted earlier than you thought you would. Loved Dru's words at the end: William, you will stand in the light again :) And don't forget: I love this story I just may whine a bit ;-)
