Smell the Spuffiness! I love how Buffy did not fight her heart on how she feels for Spike. Spike may want to spill the beans on his trist with Aimee by way of giving her a token of his love before he leaves. Perhaps a ring that belonged to his mother. He's already proposed to her and a ring would be nice. That way Buffy can show her ring off to Aimee and spring the news in the same fashion Aimee did to Buffy. (She deserves it!) Sorry, getting lost in your fic. Loved the chapter, thanks so much for the update. It was wonderful!

Squeeee!!! I love the monumental development that happened between Spike and Buffy in this chapter. I enjoyed reading Buffy's musings on love, her feelings for Spike and the fact if it weren't for Aimee she and Spike never would've met, it's sad though that Buffy was right about Aimee and Spike's romantic involvement. Hmmm... I wonder if Spike is gonna be honest with Buffy about his involvement with Aimee, cause if she hears it from her sister it's gonna devastate her. Fantastic chapter!

I'm really liking Angel in this story so far. He seems like a guy who really wants to do some good in his life. I just hope the relationship between the brothers only gets better with time.
I bet Snyder's gonna be pissed to find out that Angel plans to replace him, I still think he should fall off a horse.
I can't wait till Spike becomes the Administrator of Campo Real, and to see how much things really start to change.
It seems that it really is love at first kiss for Buffy and Spike. He's already decided that she was going to be his wife, and she's thisclose to forgetting *completely* about her life in a convent.
Remind me to send your muse chocolates and roses because I love her tons right now lol... and kuddos to your beta for the awesomely quick beta'ing job.

I just love how William and Elizabeth's lovestory is playing out. The scene between them in this chapter was so romantic. I also really enjoyed reading Elizabeth and William's thoughts.
Wow! So many exciting plot developments are gonna happen at Campo Real in three months. Great conversation between Angel and Darla, love how he dropped the William hiring and the Synder firing on Darla. Excellent update! =)

Glad that Elizabeth is allowing Spike some time to decide what she is feeling. Seems like her limited experiences in romance had her living in a fantasy world with the perfect man in "Angel". Now that reality has shaken her and wiped away silly young girl dreams, the woman in her will spark to life and seize the opportunity to find love.
Angel in the meantime is also leaving his boyhood world and taking on the responsibilities of a man. Taking charge away from his mother and Snyder will certainly rattle everyone's comfort zone and with William coming back, who knows what will happen next. That is why I really like your story, I can't wait to see where you'll take us. Great chapter.

great chapter. I really, really love your writing style and the way you depict your characters. It's incredible. And it's so ironic that Aimee's name means love when it seems to be everything that she ... isn't. can't wait to see what happens. hm, it'd be nice if Aimee got a taste of how it felt to be completely heartbroken and gets her own little game turned around on her.... but then again... that's just me. oh... here's me being ignorant, but why is Buffy offended when he calls her 'santa elizabeth'?

So much so, that one of my daughters is named Aimée. Oh, Aimée's downfall is coming, but she will still create lots of problems for everyone... And no, that's not just you. ;) ...Buffy is offended because she thinks he uses that name to make fun of her and her vocation. Which is partly truth, but he also uses it because he likes to see her mad and then because he's used to call her that, so it's kind of automatic.

So Elizabeth doesn't (want) understand how and why the horrible neighbour William the Bloody has made a such impression on her? Sweet girl... so shy and innocent... Who has DEFINITIVELY NOT her place in a convent (convent sucks ter repetitia). I know some tall blond boy who has the same problem too. Strongly attracted by a future nun who has sometimes a candelabrum in the hand... Without understanding why he is so attracted. Reciprocity is the key ;)! So funny the way you show us an angry Elizabeth, so jealous and she doesn't know why (and maybe not even aware that she fells jealousy!) So Little Aimée had her "show time", the moment she has waited... what do I say... the moment she has CRAVED all her life: THE revenge on Elizabeth. Well, it would be better she could take any advantage of this...higher we are, the harder is the fall. On the other hand, I think that she has helped Elizabeth, in a way. It was time our girl learns the truth! Even if certain little bitchy sister deserves a (big) kick in the bottom... The end of the chapter... Totally evil and perfectly cliffhanger. I run to the next chapter :)!

Even while being saved she finds reason to be upset with him, yet still finds the moment to savor him as you put it, 'She inhaled and the faint aroma of cigar, liquor and something that must be undeniably his filled her'.
