Yep...Hank is definatley a Rat bastard.. What a complete ass! I think that Buffy should tell her Mother what he said, and I bet that Joyce can figure out a way to either get Hanks name off the house..or they can move somewhere else on the money that she is making now..be it a much smaller place. Either way, Hank cannot be allowed to dictate Buffy's life. BTW..Spike was so sweet with his concern over how Buffy's dinner was going. I loved it!
