Big thumbs up for Buffy for actually communicating with Spike instead of beating on him. I think being able to see Buffy's softer side will go a long way with helping Spike fall in love.

I'm really enjoying this. As I've stated before, this is a fascinating premis for what might happen if a Slayer was never found and the potential tragedies that might ensue.

So Spike's cunning plan is beginning to work. I wonder how far he'll get (!) before his feelings get in the way?

Phew! I'm glad Spike won even if it did almost go wrong. He paid for it with his broken bones....
Good to hear Buffy has learned something from said fight.
Oh and Spike has an idea to get more food. I wonder if he tries to trick her.
Hehe loved Spike teasing her about the clothes.

Ooh, this is excellent! I love the premise--very unique, especially the idea of the Center, and the fact that the Slayer seems to be a celebrity (who's never seen a vamp dusted before...) can't wait to read more!

Buffy trained Spike hard.. and indeed he won the second fight. Uh.. but will it be good to send Spike into a second fight the same day against a fresh demon? Maybe some slayer blood to refresh him.. but Buffy had an idea.
Yeah, that's what she thought. I hope it was enough or he'll loose. Means she will loose her slave as well still have her debt. We'll see :))
