Phew! I'm glad Spike won even if it did almost go wrong. He paid for it with his broken bones....
Good to hear Buffy has learned something from said fight.
Oh and Spike has an idea to get more food. I wonder if he tries to trick her.

Ooh, this is excellent! I love the premise--very unique, especially the idea of the Center, and the fact that the Slayer seems to be a celebrity (who's never seen a vamp dusted before...) can't wait to read more!

Buffy trained Spike hard.. and indeed he won the second fight. Uh.. but will it be good to send Spike into a second fight the same day against a fresh demon? Maybe some slayer blood to refresh him.. but Buffy had an idea.
Yeah, that's what she thought. I hope it was enough or he'll loose. Means she will loose her slave as well still have her debt. We'll see :))

WHEWEE !!! This is not fluffy Buffy ... this chick has a toughness on her like a second skin. It's gonna take a lot to break through her barriers.

I love the darkness of your set up here. Everything seems so dirty, illegal and hopeless. Cool concept. This is only going to serve to make the story awesome and the Spuffyness (when it happens) even better. (It will happen eventually won't it???????)

WHOA cool plot. I knew I liked this story at about chapter 2 but this just gets better and better.

Oh yeah.. Buffy's fate wasn't an easy one. And she is still in debts. I didn't think she need Spike so much to win, that she would loose her freedom again. ~ Good so see Spike wants to win too. So I wonder what will happen next! Till then :)
