Really like this one; what an interesting idea here. I remember reading (and loving) the first part ages ago, but I didn't realize you'd decided to continue the story! Glad to see more!

Very clever idea to show Andrew's part inthose early high school experiences. I never thought about what he may have been up to!

Now for the serious stuff.... How fitting that Buffy and Spike saw the events of the previous night so differently. Are you setting us up for some major miscommunication here? Poor Spike - baring his heart and thinking she didin't appreciate it. Please make it all better soon!!

This story started off with such great promise. I hope that it will not dissolve into too much angst. Sometimes I wish that Spike and Buffy's relationship could evolve without there being so much miscommunication, misunderstanding and hurt feelings. I like your story very much though, and I can't wait to read more.

the first chap was really fantastic... i loved it! Spike's gift was came thrugh straight from the heart... and the line buffy added, about dawn... soo sweet!
this one left me wondering (not in a bad way!). I hoped that spike could read more in buffy's behaviour (he's usually quite good at that!) and i fear reaction will cause him trouble (quite a given, huh?)
i hope to find out soon... you sure know how to write and if you keep this standard it will be a great fic!!

" -- that was one of the most amazing observations. Making longer fics seems to be good on you. Wonder what Spike is gonna be getting up to, not to mention that little dweeb Andrew. Amazing to me also the two directions that Buffy and Spike go thinking about their final little exchange last night. Very, very cool. Loved the chapter. Can't wait for more.

So amazing, so touching and so Spike. I am in awe of how much sentiment, and real not sticky sweet sentiment, you have just crammed not only into one chapter, but a blank peice of paper. That was so beautiful. Really, really loved it.

Oh God. That was...wow. Excellent chapter. I loved the list. "It wasn’t empty. It was full." Absolutely amazing. I'm glad that she realized how much it meant. I guess I can forgive her for not coming clean to Dawn since it wasn't the right time. But she seemed so moved by it. Very much looking forward to how this is going to change their relationship. Can't wait for more.

I've read this before somewhere and I'm glad you reposted it. I like this a lot, the direction it goes is different than most fics. Spike's actions speak volumes, and it's so bloody sweet. ;)
