Haha what a way to handle a guy like Angel! I like how Buffy and Spike are slowly starting to realize disappointment when they see the other with another. I really love this story and can't wait for the next update!

What I really like about this story is that Buffy and Spike have been pretty honest about their feelings for each other all along. In a lot of the fics I've read, they both dance around the truth and the angst is almost unnecessary. This story is just so refreshing and realistic to me. This chapter was wonderful and I can't wait to see what you come up with next.
And congrats on baby Liam. I'm thrilled for you and your family. Babies are the greatest.

I just read all of the completed chapters in one sitting. I had bypassed this story once. I THOUGHT I wasn't a big fan of AH stories. You certainly changed my mind. I can't wait to see where you take this now that Spike has woken up to smell the Buffy. Thanks for a great read, I will wait inpatiently for an update

YAY!!!!! I am so glad that Buffy just let it all out in the end there. That way he knows how she feels about him..and he has to confront how he feels about her..Finally he sees how empty his feelings for Drusilla are..Let's hope that he makes a decision to act on it..Great update, looking forward to more!

First let me say a huge Congratulations!! on your new baby boy. Babies are such a blessing, and I hope you're enjoying him as much as you possibly can. Have to say that I'm impressed that you have managed to restore enough order to write again so quickly! :)

Great chapter! Childbirth has not taken away your muse. ;) For some reason, the cafeteria scene really got to me. I loved the way Spike's eyes met hers across the room and then the way he brightened at her smile. That small instance is so telling of their feelings for each other. The Bronze scene was great, too! I'm so glad that Buffy didn't sit around after the Angel debacle but got right back out there to have lots of fun. And if she got Spike all hot and bothered in the meantime, so be it!!! YAAAYYYY!!!! :)

Oh no! I love the fact that Buffy stuck it to Angel and figured out that he wasn't worth it in one date. Loved the bad kisser thing. Hate the fact that Spike is still going out with Dru. He's supposed to be falling into Buffy's lap *pout*. I think we may be in for a bumby ride. Great job!

I think a little part of me just died inside....Seriously, though-- I absolutely LOVED the way Buffy dumped Angel, and I ADORED how Spike reacted to it. Now Spike has to know he's missing out on something with Buffy. Or does he now think he can have his cake and eat it, too, since Buffy is no longer dating Angel. Enter Parker (or Riley), stage right? That would be a good foil-- just when Spike thinks he can date Dru and not worry about Buffy. She needs to do something to get the blonde-wonders' attention! Great update, and I can't wait for more!

ugh, why couldn't the date go bad for him, too? unusual means really weird and i don't understand what he could see in her. how much longer am i gonna have to witness spike and dru being together? i hope he dumps the twit soon and we get on with the spuffy, before she finds someone else.

They way Buffy handled Angel was awsome! I love that she stood up for herself like that..Though.....I HATE that things are working out for Dru and Spike.. So how long is it going to take for Spike to catch on to what Dru is really like?

Poor Buffy..Hope that there is alot more chances for Spike to get jealous over her even with Angel out of the picture. Looking forward to more : D
