You should be proud of this chapter.. You definatly were able to convey the pain that Buffy is going through over the lose of her Mom..It's funny how somehting as simple as a scent can set your memory sensors off.

Buffy's Father is going down..I don't know exactly what you have planned for the Bastard in this story..but I hope that he somehow gets his ass kicked. If it were just his drinking, I would say.."gee I hope he gets some help" but this guy seems a bit on the sadistic side. I am curious to how her life at home is going to affect the romantic story line. Great work..looking forward to more!

Poor Buffy...she can't to anything good for that man. He shouldn't take his problems out on her.

Still it's fiction and I love reading angst, so I'm definitely liking this!

Poor Wesley..he thought Buffy was blowing him off..Can't help but to like him..he's a nice shy guy..Though of course I am rooting for Spuffy...Spike is going to have to stop acting like such an ass. lol Great update!
