Wow, does that bring back bad memories...

not my childhood, but a marriage and you nailed the conflicting emotions.

Buffy 'should' be happy knowing that Spike cares, but then again, it's embarrassing to have to answer those kinds of questions.

This is so sad, but I hope Hank gets his comeuppance in some way. (my ex sure did).

Author's Response: There's always doubt in these types of stories in real life so I'm sure Spike will definitely try to find out some answers. I tried to make the story more believable then most in these types of stories though so it might end up slightly different :P

don't worry about that... we all make mistakes! of course, i'm being forgiving girl only because i mispelled my own nick in that review... lol
and for the not date... since is quite clear that buffy is only trying to make the right thing, i hope spike gets what he deserves (ant that's nothing good!!). how about he gather all his friends to let them see he had a date with buffy and she comes with wes at her side?

Okay - a big 'grrrrr arrrrgh' to Spike from me please. Don't get me wrong I'm still for the Spuffy but he's gonna need to taste some of what he's dishing out before he's worthy of it I reckon. Treating Buffy like a piece of chattel to be won and his own blood-kin like an obstacle as opposed to a family member. For shame Spike. Alright - moment over now, lol. Please. More soon.
