well.. wes surely can be mr right... but not for buffy!! Anyway, i hope he won't suffer much when it become spuffy. Maybe you can add a fred to the mix?

Painfully obvious that Wesley is a great guy..but there is just no SPARK! I think Willow is catching on to the way of things though. lol Just gotta have sparkage..ya know? Great update!

Firstly - poor Buffy and DAMN I can't wait for Hank to get his comuppance. Secondly - how wonderful to find a high school fic that DOESN'T force Buffy to either be a mousy nerd (who later discovers her innate hotness, lol) or an obvious hottie who is lucky to be beautiful since she and academics are 'non-mixy things'. Nice to see her framed as well-rounded here, yaay you! Also nice to see some backbone and fire from her with regard to Spike's attempted come on. Wesley was always a hottie anyhow I reckon (no more so than after losing Fred - somehow he made grief beautiful) and shouldn't be dumped easily. Don't get me wrong. I can't wait for the Spuffy but I'm glad you're gonna make him earn it and her fight it. More soon please.

Poor Buffy..Getting blamed for her Mom's death!! That is horrible..on top of the abuse. I really hope that help is on the horizon for her in this story. I just want to wring Hank's neck!

Spike is being stonewalled. lol Sounds like a good experience for him..new..but good! lol Keep up the great work : D

I want Spuffy..but I am glad that Buffy is being so sweet with Wes..His character is so sweet and unsure of himself in this story. He needs a boost.

Mr. I am so wrapped up in myself *Spike*...has caught on to the fact that Buffy is a REAL person who just might have real problems. Not just some object to pursue..I hope that he investigates furthur..Maybe there is something Spike can do to help Buffy..If nothing else support her, I am betting that it might usher in deeper feelings for her.. Great update, looking forward to more!

well... short, but nice! i liked the buffy/wes part! i consider the bet a bit cruel, though...even if we know spike want buffy anyway, trying to have her for a bet kinda cheapens the future relationship. And what about wes' feelings? hope he doesn't get hurt too bad!
and about spike's surprise visit... hope buffy doesn't get into trouble for that (well... spike - for once, lol - didn't do anything wrong... but... can hank get knocked on the head? hard? pleeeese!)

You have to update soon. When Wesley and Buffy danced that was too adorable. But I know I must be rooting for Spuffy. So...make it spuffy soon...there i rooted.
