Buffy and Spike were lucky Joyce didn't send Rupert outside to check out what the noise was. Poor Buffy it's so sad her opinion of herself is so low. I liked the dinner conversation between Spike, Joyce and Giles. Can't wait to read more. Great update!

Oh yeah, he's breaking her down slowly. I kinda like this Buffy - thinking she's not worthy of a relationship/Spike. Kind of a nice twist from some of the usual Buffy behavior in fics. I'd like to see her throw herself at him repeatedly and Spike shoot her down every time till she does see. Update soon please.

So Joyce did hear something last night? I wonder too if Giles knows more. Loved the talk between Giles, Joyce and William. Seems too that Buffy lost all of a sudden her appetite. Because she thinks Spike wants a relationship? We'll see :)

Wow...Buffy has a lot of issues it seems. I hope she learns to accept Spike's attentions. A lot of women would kill to have someone like him! I hope she opens up to him and he doesn't stop til she does and they're together! Great chapter! UPDATE SOON PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and it thought i was insecure. I hope spike continues to prove to her that he's not like those other jerks that sh's use to being around. this whole getting him to want her ONLY for sex thing is really putting her into a bad light with me. anyway, i love the story. great job. cant' wait for more. post soon. oh, i hope you enjoyed your vacation.

The best chapter so far-- Great update. Spike did a good job of keeping control, and making Buffy's plans go down the drain without making her feel badly. Good for him!

AWW i really hope that they make it so its not just about sex and form a happy relationship. i love this story and am so happy u updated. also i really hope that buffy and spike work out there problems and wat ever past issues they have, they leave them in the past. please update as soon as u can, i cant wait to read more and see wat happens. thanx

This line was great - I laughed out loud.
Wonderful chapter. Spike was really sweet in it. I love him trying to prove that he wants more from her. She's still being difficult though. He has his work cut out for him.
