Personally, I'm gunning for Spike. Buffy is always so cocky where Spike is concerned. She talks about how she continually 'kicks his ass' but the truth is she has never actually won with him. In fact, if it weren't for her MOTHER blind-siding Spike at the school, she would be dead by now. In the basement, where Ford wanted Spike to turn him, it took taking Dru as a hostage to get away from Spike. At the church, she didn't beat him, she got away. What beat Spike was the church collasping on him. As far as the episode with the Gem of Amara, she got the gem, not Spike. I could go on but I think I should end my 'little rant'. Sorry about that. I am looking forward to your update - make it soon, please.

Mmmh-hmmm 'meet in a battle of wills, climaxing in an act of dominance by the winning party' So Buffy has to fight Spike and win and then *bingo* he has to follow her biding. I see; because of the chip he can't.. And Willow thinks she can disable the chip? Who knows if the spell won't go wrong (again)? Wouldn't be bad for Spike though. ~ Anya? Oh she knew: "*Sexual* dominance." Wonder what Buffy will do :)

Okay, why wouldn't he be able to hear them in the next room? He could hear anything in that whole apartment, if he really wanted to. It would only be whispers that would be unclear.

And thank you for having Buffy actually ask Anya about this! I hated that on the show that they so rarely asked for her knowledge, considering that she had over 1000 years of it! There wouldn't be too much demonicly that she hadn't at least heard of.
