Oh good.. for a moment I thought Angelus got Spike. But Spike used Angelus' trick on him :)
Though the fight continues, it isn't easy. Spike doesn't want Buffy to interfere? This is a fight he needs to win. But Buffy is doing it in her way; good to read that the distracting did function :)

Oh chances are not even: Spike doesn't want to kill Angel but Angel is fighting with the intention to dust Spike ...
OH! Spike won :-D But Angel (or should I say Angelus?) couldn't stand it and attacked when Spike wasn't looking.
First Angel was lucky; neither did Spike kill him or place a dominance claim on him. But now everything is open (how it will end). Whatever will happen now Angelus has to live (or not live) with the consequences now.

whahay! Fight! Fight! Fight!

On a less bloodthirsty note - loved angel in this chapter, he was so funny with the knocking over of C and his 'its bcos i save the world all the time?' thing !

Plus this has got to be a relationship building thing for Buffy and Spike, afterall he'll feel all manly after beating angel to a gelled up mush and then not so much with the eek its evil buff...oh sorry you're nice again i forgot

Good that Buffy knows now that Angel is the same as Angelus. And Angel noticed now that something is different about Buffy. And sure Buffy has to be evil because she doesn't act like he wants. ~ And not only didn't Angel hear what Buffy told him just before; he didn't catch the mention of Buffy being Spike's mate first. *gg* Too full of himself to listen. And he can't take the thought of Buffy being with Spike. So we have the next fight now :) Spike has more reason to fight then Angelus; and he got some slayer's blood. Looking forward to who will win; I think it will be Spike :)

Very nice confrontation betwen Spike and Angel-- I love the way you characterize Spike as making suggestive comments about what he's done to Buffy-- too funny!
