Oh that was mean of the Slayer... and yet verrrrry clever indeed. It was normal water. Perfect simple test to check Spike's behavior. The crucial bite I'll cross my fingers that it will work :) Only then Spike will be able to save them all. ~ Good chapter :)

I thought was what the Slayer would do with holy water - the test was to see if he would really drink it - not to harm him any further. She needs him healed (at least some) in order to do what she wants him to. If nothing else, if Dawn or Joyce got a look at his condition, they'd know for sure what had happened.

Things are repeating themselves.. Buffy thought once she had won but she hadn't. Good that the Slayer-Demon is wrong too :) Oh good.. Spike it only speak with 'his' Buffy when answering to her request to be his. But no.. that's bad. She (the Slayer) didn't let him drink, she has holy water there, right? That will make Spike silent indeed and very ill too. ~ And again, looking forward to the next chapter.
