At least you acknolwedge that everything between Buffy and Spike isn't going to be all sunshine and roses after everything that's happened. Something like that takes a toll, and unfortunately that's something that some authors tend to ignore. You've got your readers feeling the stress, and that's something that makes it a good page turner.

I like the way you introduced Dawn in this. Even if Dawn wasn't always the best of characters, I always loved the relationship that she and Spike shared. I love how much more detail you bring to the relationship between Spike and all the Summer's women, too.

I hope Spike and Buffy have some alone time soon.

Xander's arguments are getting old (killer) even more when you think of Anya but that's just Xander.
Seems as if only Anya did really hear what Buffy voiced.
And there is still Dawn's secret, where she comes from. Good too that Giles wants Willow to learn magic properly (under guidance; she did enough damage on her own). ~ Looking forward what Buffy will say.

Wow. Just wow! Awhile back, when I was on chapter 20-something, I got behind on fanfic... and when I came back, you were nearing chapter 50 I believe. So I decided, as I often do when that happens, to just wait until you had finished the story to catch up. I figured you had to be close. Oh how wrong I was, lol! As soon as the story hit 100 chapters, my mouth literally dropped open. That's when I decided tha tI better just catch up and stay caught up. And I'm so glad I did! This story has been a rollercoaster of amazing emotions, heartfelt and just beautifully written. Lovely job!

I just LOVE this Buffy! I've always wondered why she's listened to what everyone else has said when she's the one risking her life. She's taking no bull from anyone and I am glad she's taking control of her own life! Update soon please!
