Not smooshy - I like it. Soulful. I always thought it was harsh that Buffy and Spike never even kissed in Season 7. But all part of Joss Whedon giving us what we need, not what we want. Still, I wish it had happened this way too....sigh.

So much beautiful emotion and it is so very believable. Can't really think when the minutes the end are passing by so fast. So many dare to put words and events to this scene, and, for what it's worth, this is one of my favorites. Thanks for sharing.

Spuffy moments don't get any sweeter than that. Writing does get any more beautiful. Awesome job. Give yourself a pat on the back.

really a beautiful ficlet... a few words, but you were able to make spike and buffy so real, as everyone of us would have wanted them to be...
