Author's Response: thank you :) And, hey, at least I kept the Queen of Denial in loop with her canon emotions instead of just leaping into Spike's arms ^_^ We'd all love to bash her over the head for not doing it right away, but she's still just a girl, and Angel still screwed her up something fierce about men. Can't blame the girl for everything, try as though we might ~_^

I don't think I've read a fic where Spike actually gets the chip out in that episode before. Intriguing.
