Well at least I'm having a good laugh at the moment. I mean what kind of idiot would change colours before the battle begins and give the other ship time to prepare their defenses? I mean the whole point of flying some other flag than the pirate would be to be able to come up nice and close and then give them a nice broadside before they knew what hit them. I would understand if they were flagging pirate flag the entire time but that was just completly stupid. Being afraid of a single ship is also just lame, I mean if they knew that Liam was after them and they had pirate friends the obvious would be to set a trap and have a couple of pirate ships help out and just sink it. I mean I would understand trying to avoid a fleet but a single ship is just ridiculous.

Please trying to find a ship that sails across the atlantic ocean would be like searching for a needle in a haystack this is not an age of radars, airplanes or satelites. I mean even during WWII the japaneese and american fleets had serious trouble just locating each other do you honestly think that Liam could find Spikes ship if he just keept on moving? This story is too influenced on how you would make a get away in the modern world. Besides pirate hunter, that's just hilarious. There were pirate hunters of course and they were called "the navy". Not very believable at all, at least not to me.

Hmm I think that if he had been fingered as a mutiner he would have ended up dead and not left on some island. Mutiny is probably one of the most serious things you can do on a ship back then.

I think that you should probably do some research into how life aboard a ship in that time period would be like. I can't really see a pirate ship just setting sail to cross the ocean over to Africa and to be honest the odds of coming across another ship I would think would be very slim indeed. As for the sailors getting drunk at night I find that hard to believe as well, I mean the crew has to be ready to fight or endure a storm at a moments notice and you can't really do that if half the crew are drunk off their asses.

Oh dear, not very believable to be honest about how she comes abord the ship and then has to prove herself. I mean I highly doubt that fencing lessons would be top priority there. If you have to prove yourself that usually means that you start at the bottom, swabbing the decks and then learning how to tie knots, help with the setting of the sails and all that. If this continues the way it is she'll be captain in the next chapter and after that rear Admiral of a pirate fleet in a week or so. Please she is not the slayer with god given strength and stuff like that and it would take a long time to become a good sailor in itself.

Uh-huh.. very gruesome of Liam. And no witnesses left (except his own crew). And his crew won't talk. ~ (BTW: You must use < brackets and no [ if you try to use html. That's bad.. Angelus knows now where (with whom) Buffy is. And he is hunting William. ..claim his fiancé you took away...again Does that mean William took Liam's fiancé before? Yep, that was the case. Looking forward to what will happen now.
