So Spike was a jerk before Buffy thought? A bad, rude man and pride of it? How becoming a dad changed him to the better :) Buffy really doesn't need much alcohol to become tipsy *gg* And how is this proverb going? Children and drunken ones tell the truth. Buffy should remember it when she is sober again and doesn't know what she wants :)

of course i wasn't really expecting hot stuff, considering that, from that point of view, he is quite a stranger to her... but your drunk buffy is lovely & adorable... dirty looks to poor william notwithstanding!
i loved how, "bloody amnesia or not", she always get her way with him.... and he knows it! but she is buffy, and he is william, so that's a given!

Yay! Another posting- what was that about 25? Did I miss something?

Anyway, another good posting from you, and in a short time span. I'm smiling. Interesting work here- it moved the plot, and we get a hint to waht's going to happen, but I get the feeling that I missed something. Their first kiss while drunk, am I remembering that right? There was nothing else while drunk, was there? Anyways, good chapter. Yay for you!

Author's Response: When they talked about their first kiss in the first chapter, Buffy said it was just a kiss and that he felt her up. William, on the other hand said it was much more than that. ;) This could be important in the future... And the 25 thing was me begging for comments and promising a new chapter if I got some--I asked for too much, but felt bad that I even asked and get up up anyway. ~Jennifer

Love the story. Still wonder what made Buffy lose her memory. The whole family is so darn cute. I'll admit I was leery about starting this story after getting involved with There's a Place and This Girl That Boy, but I'll be optimistic.
