I thought Buffy wouldn't be able to tell Spike what she felt. I'm glad she did. But she knew now what would happened if she hadn't.

Oh.. Buffy is so hurt. She isn't able to tell what she feels, she would rather let Spike go again. Good that Spike still was there when she fainted. I fear he would have gone for good now. But still Buffy didn't talk, just asked him to sit with her *sigh*

How is this saying.. You only now how much something means to you when you've lost it (something like that). Buffy didn't take it good and now Dawn decided to do something about: She wrote Spike and he came. Because Spike hoped again and yet he isn't sure if he'll go without seeing Buffy again. But now it's too late: Buffy has noticed Spike.

that was really good! of course, i really hoped for something like that to happen in the show... what u wrote is quite believable (given buffy bitchness... lol)... i mean, she let him suffer till the end but... in the end... he came to her senses!

Great story! I love a strong Spike who doesn't want to be ripped apart anymore and forces Buffy to make a decision.
One thing: Last chapter, the word I think you meant to use is "ceasing" and not "seizing" in the line "Everything else seizing to exist except for that other."
