Norman is pulling a rabbit out of a hat with his proposal of opening up a portal to another dimension. It would be grand if an uber-vampire were to enter the courtroom and Buffy save the occupants from it. But that is me with the flighty imagination because of the enjoyment of this story. Look forward to more chapters.

You certainly have managed to keep the pace and spirit of the fic, even with a while between updates.
Spike is swoon-worthy, as usual, and you've got me guessing as much as everyone else how her trial is going to unfold.
I hope Norman saves the day :)

Good thing Buffy can stay with Faith for now and doesn't have to go to jail till the trial ends.
Spike had a good live without Buffy; it was easy for her to assume he stopped loving her but it surprised Spike a bit (at last I guess it did) hearing her talk in the past tense. Too bad he had to go (or ran away); the conversation should have get interesting if they had really started to talk about how they feel.
