That was so sweet! I sure hope that Joyce sees the error of her ways. I have to say that I hated the episode when Buffy came back to Sunnydale. Those people were insufferable! They never apologized, they treated her like crap, and she still had to save their asses. It angers me to this day! I mean, I still love Joyce and the scoobies, but it really was unfair. I'm glad you addressed it in your small way .

Perhaps nothing can drag him away, but I'd be willing to bet there are at least 2 males that will try. So Spike still doesn't know about the bite - will Giles and/or Angel be the one to inform him? Will he connect it to a claim? Will he then doubt his love for Buffy? Can't wait for the next installment of this wonderful tale.

spike loves her!!!!!!!!!!! lol. i mean, i knew that it was going to happen but up until now, we've only really known about how buffy loves spike. it's nice to know that spike feels the same way and that he's not trying to make exscues for it. chapter was nice and flufy. loved it. really hope the both of them (spike and buff) give it to giles and angel good cuz they so deserve it. bloody gits....lol. sorry...my inner spike is angry. post soon. loved it

Fabulous chapter and great reveal! I wonder how Joyce will treat Spike now that he's suggested she apologize for her previous behavior. Hopefully she feels guilty enough about it to let it drop and doesn't take it out on Spike.

I can't believe Angel just undressed her! That's outrageous! And on top of that, it was Giles' idea, if he wanted Buffy changed he should have had her mother do it. There's just all kinds of wrong with Angel undressing her. I see why it needed to be done, he needed to see the mark... but being changed is private and can't be done by just anyone. Gah! I'm not venting at you, more at the situation. Like putting myself in Buffy's shoes so to speak, and if I was Buffy I would be madder than hell at Angel and Giles, that kind of disrespect is beyond maddening.

Ok, I'm done venting, lol. Looking forward to more. :)
