Oh, Angel and Giles are going to wish they were dead when Spike confronts them. I can't believe Angel just stood out there doing nothing, while Buffy was getting her ass kicked. He should have gotten more than just a stake in the throat, but I suppose it's only a matter of time. I'm glad Spike made it to Buffy and defeated Kralik. That vampire always gave me the creeps. I'm still enjoying this story. Great chapter=)

I really really really hope Angel and Giles get their asses kicked up one way and down the other. Buffy needs to just cut them out of her life in a major way. And then Spike needs to make wild, passionate love to her for, oh, the rest of their lives ;)

I'm rather disappointed in both Giles and Angel for going along with this. I know it's show canon and all, just breaks my heart that the Council bullsh** mattered more then Buffy herself.

I guess Angel needs to be around for some odd reason. I'm so happy that Spike injured him. He should have been dusted for putting Buffy in danger like that and Giles should also get it for allowing it to happen.

really proud of spike for not dusting angel right on sight cuz that's what i so would've done. lol. great job. he came for her!!!!! i never doubted that he would but just reading it was......there are no words. lol. angel is really gonna get it. i REALLY hope he gets it. oh, and let's not leave out giles. he needs to get a brusing too.

Great chapter. You are one of the few writers out there that really develop your characters well and balance the elements of your story. Check out how much your readers are so into this tale!!! (That Spuffyness a few chapters ago just makes these following chapters even better.) They have such a stong bond now. I don't know who your Beta's are but you are right on with the flow of this story. There has been a fantastic balance of every aspect needed for a wonderfully creative, well told, gripping, adventure, suspense, romance, etc... You have it all in this story you are weaving. Spuffyness is why we are on this website right??? Besides, who really matters ... you and your legion of readers or your Betas. Personally (of course) I loved the Spuffyness and if served to bond them even more. So many writers infuse SO much angst that they ruin the story. You rock!!
