Hmmm Buffy gets grilled with questions by her mother. And even Buffy would never tell: She was feeling the effects of the claim before (some measure of peace had spread through her panic-stricken body). Oh yeah.. and now even more (when thinking of Spike with Dru made Buffy feel ill). ~ Thought so *gg* Spike is staying, he wasn't able to leave :) Looking forward to the next part.

Lovely chapter, pet. I like this Buffy, and I like this Joyce. Jury's out on Spike still. Need a couple of more chapters to get me a feel for him. You're scaring me a little. I hope you have a kind Muse? ;p

Especially if he knew that said bite had been accompanied by a random caveman demand, followed by an order to respond in some derogatory fashion that threw Women's Rights out the proverbial window. Clever description of a claim *gg* So Buffy can 'read' Spike and knows that he said the truth but it seems Spike didn't notice the claim yet. I wonder if he'll be able to leave for long. :) Looking forward to the next chapter.

Awww, I'm torn. Torn because I totally feel for Buffy. One) That she enjoyed it eventhough it was against her will and Two) Poor Spike. Cause lets face it, he can do no worng in our eyes. So the way he is feeling now, is the guilt extra heavy because of the claim or what? Excellent chappie, I was so please when I saw you updated! Can't wait for more. Thanks for sharing. ^_^
