Sometimes my hubby wears glasses when reading and I sit there and watch him as he absorbed in his book and mouthing the words silently to myself... gives me chivers in a naughty place, giggles. Mmmmmmmm.........YUMMY as always. You can make ANYTHING to eat scrumptious!!!! (Puts me in the mind to eat something Geek.... I mean Greek.....oh, whichever....! Unfortunately, my old worn down, brung down former jock might have something to say about that....but then again, he'd jump thru hoops for a platterr of hummus & tabouli w/pita....me, I like to wrap things up in grape leaves with lemon sauce.....)
Anyway, sorry to find this is coming to a close. Have just adored it, and followed it from the first with bated breath. (And kept that cop piccie on my desktop for the longest time (til THAT version of the perpetual ongoing Dell computer crash issue happened---just linked it again yesterday...and have a laptop back for as long as this one lasts...)
I anxiously await the epilogue and the couple's and their circle of buds' happiness and contentment. I will mourn with drama as great as that which Lorne himself could demonstrate, the loss of future chappies of this fic......BUT will hopefully be rewarded with others of us IBE fans with a NEW fic sometime soon, yes???!!!! Please say yes!
BTW, besides marriage, especially one so swiftly done, do Anya and Lorne have something else held a secret from their original night of indiscretion by any chance?

I dated the same guy all through highschool (unfortunetly) so I never got to date the geeky types I found cute... damnit! I'm super happy you've liked the entire story sweety. It's been fun to write but I am looking forward to working on some other fics I'm trying to ready for posting. Hmmmm, let's see. After TE and IAN are wrapped up, I'll be going back to updating what dreams may come (it's gonna be a short one), but other than that I'm pretty sure the next post I'll put out is Murphy's Law. It all depends on my muse of course and how far he gets with my projects. So other titles to look for when the time comes are Striptease and How to Find a Wife in Ten Days. As for any more secrets in the Lornya dept, not much other than they got together the very night of the Halloween party, hee hee. Author's Response: I know... the nerve, giving poor little 5 year olds work - pooey! Ughh - see, the thing is, my hubby won't be living with us because his duty station is in Hawaii. He'll go there first from Iraq, then come to see us for 3 weeks, then go back to work. He'll be flying hom every 6-8 weeks to spend time with us over the next year or so and THEN he has to deploy for a year in Afghanistan. After all that, he's ready to get out and come home to be with his family. And we're soooooo ready to have him home permanently too. Giggles - a little Lornya thing there, but it works for them. I couldn't resist. Professor Fine makes another appearence,:-O, really???? I never heard about that... we're talking smallville, this next season, omg - THUD!, faints then picks self up again. Damned hot is what this chapter is, especially that last part. It doesn't matter how many times I read it, it's still wonderful. Funny, loving, hot. I just loved the misleading scene with the bleaching of his hair, the little glimpse into what their everyday life will be, the Lornya (you know I did love it from the moment I saw the possibility of it), and that last scene, god it was divine. I'll be sorry to see this story end, I'll miss it so much. *sniffles* Although I do know there'll be others, this has a very special place in my heart and it's always been a pleasure to help you with it. *smooches*

I've been a bad, bad girl. I was leaving for the weekend, so I printed all the chapters I hadn't had time to read yet, and read them while I was away. As a writer who loves reviews, I know the right thing to do would be to go back and leave a review for every chapter, but I didn't write notes about what I wanted to say so I'd have to reread the whole thing in order to make sense. I figured I'd just leave you a long one instead. So here it is. Wow, you really uped the angst level since the last review I left. But it's all good because the rollercoaster ride was fun. Wesley made me nervous. I was wondering if you would "go there" if you know what I mean. I'm too big a Spuffy freak to enjoy "Buffy/Other" or "Spike/Other" My poor heart gets really unhappy. But thank God you ended the thing with Wesley pretty quickly. And it was a funny nod to BtVS too :) The infamous kiss between Wesley and Cordelia lol. Loved it. Too bad Spike had to see Buffy kissing Wesley. Poor baby. I just adored Giles and Jenny. They were so sweet and well intentioned. I'm glad they didn't blame Buffy for their nephew's condition and instead, tried to help her. Too bad it blew up in her face in the end. God Spike can be stubborn! Drunk Spike is even worse. What he said to Buffy in the pub was really harsh. That poor girl. Can't blame her for giving up and going back to California. I was a little disappointed that you decided to buy into the non-canon trend of calling Buffy "Elizabeth" Sorry, just being honest. It didn't take away from the fic, but it did make me pause. Oh well, my issues. I loved how Oz played a part in getting Buffy and Spike back together after Angelus showed up. God that man is an ass. The things that comes out of his mouth... Talking about Angelus here, not Oz lol. Oh yeah, and the first date after they got back together. So amazingly sweet! When she said "Happy birthday, baby" I almost melted lol. So, I think that covers it. Very impressive fic. I don't usually read all human fics. I did once upon a time, but got sick of it. But this one is just fabulous my dear. I really hope it's not over yet because I need more. Update soon.

That doesn't mean I may not write it in the future in another fic, but for now, no - I hate seeing that. Glad you got thru the angst - I so hated writing that. I guess I'm not sure what you mean by the 'Elizabeth' thing since she's mostly refered to as Buffy... bad memory here when I'm trying to focus on future chapters I suppose. But it's all good - all spuffy in the end. And yes, enter Angelus and then Oz to (verbally) knock some sense into Spike - lol. blissful reprise. The last 2 words say it all. That was romantic, sweet and sexy (I need a smoke! ). I loved the update. Mostly I love that you had Spike connect with her and zero in on her fear and then you showed just how intune with each other they were with his saying I know pet, I know and Buffy immediately understanding that he too was afraid of what the future would bring, but hey, none of know what the future holds (hello - it's the future and the physic friends network just isn't what it used to be!).

Can't imagine why you might have been less than gthrilled with this chap. Oh, and how totally cute that you played on how long its been since they've had sex so she's extra tight for his big size, kinda makes it all "first-time"ish. I loved it.

I love that there's angst, but you don't overdo it. It feels natural in the story, not forced or dragging on and on. Just the perfect amount. When there's too much of it and no romance to balance things out, I tend to give up on story. Definitely not going to happen here lol. Love it. I just wish Lorne would have told her that Spike quit. Damn you Lorne! lol
