And now William feels even more down now because he knows that it was Buffy's birthday. I wonder if he'll get her flowers? Too easy (normal)... so what did Lorne say? *reads on*
Oh sure not normal :) Clever.. William is using the flower language. And the cake, mmmmmh.
Good that Buffy talked with Anya (because except for Lorne she doesn't have one to talk to about Spike). Bad that she thinks where the money came from.
Uh-huh... Buffy got a bit crazy (as in mad at Spike) so driving to him now... I wonder how it will turn out. I hope Spike can convince him to accept his apology. Looking eagerly forward to another part.

and then... i could feel buffy's anger grows with every delivery, and every sneeze (poor anya, btw...)... and i kept laughting all the time, waiting for the explosion... :)

Didn't even think about her being pregnant.
I can understand why she would get mad at the flowers and I most likely wouldn't call either. I probably take them and throw them in his face. If Lorne suggested that he should be shot as well.

Finally I'm back! I was horrified when I realised that I don't have internet access on my trip! Addicted? Who,me? Nope, not me,no,no,no,no... Oh, isn't Egypt really pretty this time of year? You built the tension in this chapter beautifully, and Buffy's reckless abandon with Angelus had me gritting my teeth. The encounter with Angelus was nicely tempered by Spike chasing Buffy down and explaining. Buffy's emotional struggle during the sex was worrisome. They may have an emotional connection, but she doesn't really trust it yet. This was an especially entertaining chapter.

That was such an emotionally charged chapter. I think there's something wrong with me because I am loving the angst... of course it helps to know that there will eventually be a happy ending. Nonetheless, I liked how the jealously played out. And I'm tickled pink that Buffy actually stayed around and listened to him this time rather than dashing right off (hmm...I have a feeling she's pretty happy about sticking around as well). I can definitely see why Buffy needs some alone time to process everything after such an emotional roller coaster evening. Great chapter!!!

A FLAME?!?!? No way! no one could ever flame you with this story. To me it just isn't even possible. This story is amazing and really right now I have no words. I hope you continue with this story and don't give up on it. Once I really start to get into a story...most authors never finish it.
