I thought first that another witch used a spell and looked like Hilda; but then it was her just not her. She was under a spell herself. And 'old' Spike is 'back'. And even seems to remember. So two more questions after this chapter: Why didn't the chip fire and were the darts poisoned? Looking forward to find out :)

The summary sounds bad ~ Spike a prisoner? Or this was the plan. On to read:
*nods* Yeah, just like plan. Too bad that the other witches are still attacking him. The talk between Buffy and Spike didn't go well; they still think the worst from the other.
But uh-huh.. have the witches managed to turn the chip off? Because now Spike is bleeding from his nose and his ears and Buffy only hit him on the nose when he attacked her.
I hope you'll be update soonish.. *looks back to the cliffhanger* :)

Mmm so it were the other witches that attacked Spike with a spell. Good Hilda had one of her own. Yet if Spike didn't go with her he wouldn't be in danger now. So Spike went back to Giles and Buffy.. that was the logical decision. We'll see if they can help.
