There's only one more chapter?!?! *looks around frantically* NO!!! *sighs in defeat* Ok, I can accept that. This chapter was wonderful! I would've loved to see Dru's expression if she found out Spike owned the hotle. Lol... or her father's expression for that matter! Brilliant update! Loved it very much!

I love the way this story is progressing - it has just the correct amount of drama and spuffy!
I DO think you should be a bit more carefull about the writing itself - and more specifically the use of differenf times:
It had been one of the oldest....he can't believe he fell for it.
try to use the same time throughout the whole sentence it sounds better.
Anyway to finish of on a positiv note - love the storyline keep up the good work:0)

With all due respect i disagree with the reviewer who said Spike cheated on Buffy by kissing Dru and that Buffy need to find some one else...i see it a different way..i see someone who walked in on something that would make any one think thier girlfriend was cheating..come on now Buffy was in a towel at her ex house and he answers the door putting on a shirt..SPike wasn't thinking clearly he was mad and hurt..he was not even thinking rationally...makes me wander if someone cheated on him before(Dru?)i have faith that you will bring it all to light. i hate angst but it wasn't something i couldn't handle i've read others that was a whole lot worst. i honestly don't think SPike has sat down and just thought clearly about waht happen and when he do and he talks to Buffy it will get better..i hope.great chapter and i am REALLY looking forward to the next chapter hope it's soon...til then....N

I agree with Liz. There is a big possibility that Spike and Dru are not really together. I could actually imagine Dru grabbing every opportunity to cling on to Spike whenever she could just to make it appear that they ARE together. She orchestrated the scheme after all. What Spike did for Buffy in the class was a clear sign that the walls that he built around his heart were beginning to crumble. Hopefully my speculations are right and Spike will soon realize how wrong he really was. Please hurry up with the update, can't wait to see what will happen next!
